Free Standard Shipping on All Orders Within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may slightly extend during peak promotional periods or seasonal volume increases. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our support team will contact you directly via email.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines We partner with specialized global manufacturers to bring you premium wooden mobility tools directly to your doorstep. Our estimated delivery timeframes within the United States are outlined below:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days

  • Cost: FREE

3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing a unique tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active on the carrier's portal.

4. Address Corrections & Modifications It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes any necessary apartment, suite, or unit numbers. If you detect an error in your shipping details, please notify us immediately at support@ankora.today.

We accept modifications and address changes strictly within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are legally and logistically unable to modify the destination address.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments Ankora is committed to ensuring your package arrives safely. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please review the following protocols:

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If the Ankora Mobility Board exhibits physical defects or shipping damage, please email us within 48 hours at support@ankora.today with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will expedite a brand new replacement package immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, please reach out to us so we can open a formal investigation with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
